Areas of Expertise
- Club/Store Operations and Merchandising –
Includes establishing sales orientated iniatives as well as performance
and productivity enhancements. These strategies would take into
consideration the unique characteristics of the different retail
format.
- Supplier Support – Includes
assisting the client’s team address sales, marketing, logistic,
and systems opportunities (including Retail Link) and then establishing
strategy, making contacts, and assisting with sales appointments
if desired.
- Branding – Establishing
a quality name that establishes an “idea” that you
own in the consumers mind, and that is embraced throughout your
organizational efforts.
- International Retailing
– Includes assisting the client to develop an understanding
of the rewards and challenges one may face selling merchandise
outside of the continental USA. Develop strategies around human
resources, inventory management, logistics, marketing, finance,
competition, government and public relations.
- Latin/Caribbean Merchandising
– Offering insight to merchandise categories and brands
in these markets.
